About Fat Toad Farm

Since 2007, Fat Toad Farm has worked to perfect the art of goat's milk caramel making, focusing on traditional cooking methods and using a small number of fresh, simple, all-natural ingredients. Starting out as an experiment in homesteading and hand milking a lovely French Alpine doe named Jupiter in our garage, Fat Toad Farm began its production sourcing all of their milk from their own herd of dairy goats. After eight years, their family-run business, continued to grow to meet the increasing demand for their award-winning Goat's Milk Caramel Sauces. As they neared their ninth year in production, they began a parternship with their neighbor, Vermont Creamery, to source a year-round supply of fresh, local goat's milk. 

Ingredients

Fat Toad Farm’s caramel sauces are the happy result of combining a small number of fresh, simple, natural ingredients and a lotta love (and stirring).  From the grazing and milking to the stirring, bottling, labeling, marketing and shipping, it all happens right here on the farm. 

The complete list of ingredients they use in all seven caramel flavors is as follows: fresh goat’s milk, pure cane sugar, whole organic vanilla beans, whole organic cinnamon sticks, Kentucky straight bourbon, organic sea salt, cold brew coffee, stone ground chocolate liquor, cayenne, pure Vermont maple syrup and baking soda.

All Fat Toad Farm products are verified gluten-free.
