While our farm is not generally open to the public, there are a number of ways in which you can visit the farm.
(1) Special Event: We are excited to offer specially scheduled – and free – events throughout the year. You can view the events calendar here and/or make your reservations here.
(2) Private Farm Tour: You can schedule a “Private Farm Tour” for your group. The entrance fee is also $8/adult and $5/child, but with a minimum fee of $200. In addition to entrance fees, the minimum can be met with additional workshop fees (which range from $10 to $50/person and can cover topics ranging from “DIY Essential Oil Blending” to “How to Make Goat Cheese”), collaborating with other groups, and/or gift shop credits. Please contact us to coordinate a specific date that works for both of us, as well as discuss how you’d like to meet the minimum fee.
(3) School Farm Tour:
You can schedule a “School Farm Tour” tailored to any age group. Topics can include: (1) interacting with farm animals and play farm games, (2) exploring edible plants & herbs in learning garden, (3) hands-on biology through goat milking, and (4) understanding chemistry of soap making. Tours run 1 to 2 hours, depending on your needs. There is a grassy area available for bring-your-own picnic or snacks. The cost is $7/participant; chaperones & teachers free; minimum $200. Download School Farm Tour flyer here
and/or contact us to learn more.
(4) Volunteer: Please contact us about potential volunteer or apprentice opportunities.
Contact Us: To learn more, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 805-524-3134. If you are contacting us to schedule a tour, please email us with 3 dates and times that would be ideal for you.
