Shipping
We ship all in-stock merchandise as soon as possible, generally between 1 and 3 business orders. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday, except during some holidays. For standard delivery please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship by both FedEx and UPS.

Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at Chivas Skin Care may be returned within 30 days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original, unused condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and a return authorization number (see below). Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase. All sale merchandise is final.
