We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, you may do so under the following policy, which applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
E-commerce Return Policy
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. To return a product, please call or email us with: (1) your order #, (2) the reason for your return, and (3) if you would like an exchange or refund.
We understand that in order to decide whether or not you like a product you may first have to open and use it. We simply ask that any returned product be returned with no less than 1/4 of the product used.
In case of refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. In the case of exchange, neither the original shipping cost nor the return cost will be repaid, however the cost to send the new item will be paid by Chivas Skin Care. Farm Tour Ticket Return Policy
We can offer you store credit for the full amount of your canceled tickets if canceled within 72 hours of the event. We can offer you store credit for half the amount of your canceled tickets if canceled within less than 72 hours of the event.
