In the March 2015 issue of "The Good Life" magazine, you can find a 4-page feature on the benefits of farm-fresh ingredients, like goat milk, for your skin. You can see the full article here, which features our Las Flores Gardens goat milk soap. In this article, Dr. Oz also gives a DIY tip for how to make your own goat milk detox bath.
Goat Milk Detox Bath Recipe
"Add 3 cups goat's milk (fresh or powdered), 1/2 cup each sea salt and Epsom salts, and 1/4 cup baking soda to a warm (not scalding) bath. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes. Towel off lightly and moisturize fast, before skin dries all the way."

In case you're not feeling crafty (or just simply don't have the time or ingredients), you can also purchase our pre-made nourishing goat milk bath soak! It is very similar to the DIY recipe, but even better. In addition to the ingredients listed above, we add gentle ground oatmeal, rich grapeseed, sunflower and safflower oil, and a lovely, luxurious blend of floral and citrus essential oils (in fact, the same essential oil blend used in our Las Flores Gardens soap featured in this Dr. Oz article). Even though we don't take baths often, when we do we always use this bath soak. It makes your skin feel like buttery-goodness (and smells divine too)!
