Chivas Farm: Need help naming baby goat “two”

March 10, 2010 Written by LaurenJ

As you may know we had four new “kids” (baby goats) born at the Chivas farm this past weekend.  Yesterday, we introduced you to Bart.  But he’s the only one we’ve named so far.  What do you think are good names for this sweet, shy and subdued baby goat below?

She is the daughter of Sugar Muffin, the matriarch of the herd.  Sugar Muffin is very domineering, controlling and a bit of a bully with the other goats.  But she is also very protective of them against our dog, “Moose” who can sometime get a little aggressive on the other side of the fencing.  This, of course, means that she is ultra protective of her own daughter. I was trying to think of a literary figure who is shy and the child of a domineering parent.  Any lit majors out there with good character references?

Here’s another interesting shot, with her as the submissive daughter.

While the other three were off playing in the center stage, she would sit quietly in the corner.

What do you think?  Any good names on the tip of your tongue?  If so, please comment below.
